Prescriptions are issued only where clinically appropriate and in line with current UK clinical guidelines. We may contact you to request additional information or to decline a prescription if it is not suitable for you. Prescriptions remain the property of Pharmacy Weight Loss Hunmanby and may not be transferred to third parties.
Full payment is required at the time of ordering. All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment provider.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Any changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for. We do not store your full payment card details.
Once your prescription has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery timescales are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, including Royal Mail and courier delays.
Medications are dispatched in discreet, secure packaging. You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive items where required. We cannot be held responsible for medications that are damaged or lost due to an incorrect delivery address provided by you.
You may cancel your order at any time before our pharmacist has approved and dispensed your prescription. To cancel, please contact us immediately via the details provided on our website.
Once a prescription has been dispensed and/or medication has been dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds, in accordance with UK pharmacy regulations regarding the safe disposal of medicines. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will resolve the matter promptly.
Our services are not a substitute for face-to-face medical care. In an emergency, you should always contact 999 or attend your nearest A&E department. For urgent non-emergency medical concerns, contact NHS 111.
We strongly recommend that you inform your regular GP of any weight loss medication prescribed through our service. We accept no liability for adverse effects arising from information you have withheld or misrepresented during your consultation.
We process your personal and health data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your data is used solely to provide our pharmacy services and to meet legal obligations. These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
